Filing American Taxes - No software for Non-Resident Aliens?

I'm having trouble finding tax software that does American taxes for Non-Resident Aliens but also does State and not just Federal taxes. Does anyone know of any?

The only ones I could find for non-resident aliens only do Federal, and I need to do State and City taxes as well. The standard ones that do everything aren't available to non-resident aliens.
