For some reason this year my company I work for is behind on sending out T4 statements(last year they sent out on Feb 10th...through epost). Last week I talked to HR and they said they are trying to get them out as fast as they can but they have till the 28th to actually get them out.
This is my first year that I am anticipating I have to pay something. Last year I could use all my tuition credits and get a nice refund. This year I am going to probably need RRSPs. I have no clue how much I need or what is the perfect balance.
I was going to do my taxes with something like turbo tax to get a rough estimate of how many RRSP I need. I off course need to get on that.
I am hoping I can take what I have on last pay cheque and fill it in some software. I am not sure though if all the fields would match other.
