Anyone sell their place on Du Proprio (quebec)

I have decided to sell my condo. I do not want to pay those crazy real estate agent commission fees, so I decided to list my place on Du Proprio. Has anyone sold through this site in Gatineau? Do they provide all the legal forms you need (offer, conditions, etc) Can you suggest a good/inexpensive notary to use?
