I bought an item online (through a webstore) and they sent me the item and it is defective and the item looks different than pictured on the website, however it states on website there are no refunds.
I paid through paypal payment though an invoice, and my paypal account is linked to my credit card. If I do a chargeback through my credit card what are the chances I can recover my money? I just received the item yesterday and I am planning to call Visa soon, I just really hope I can get my money back or else I will be out a couple hundred dollars...
Is there any specific instructions to go though the chargeback process, I never had to use it before but seeing how the store sent me a defective item and is not allowing refunds I feel this is the only way I can go to get some recourse.
