So a few months back I sold some things on eBay, and long story short some people started messing with me and buying from my Buy It Now listings with no intention of actually buying the item, simply leaving negative feedback. Due to their stupid system they wanted me to pay seller fees (a percentage of the purchase amount) even though I received no payment(which they can CLEARLY see given the fact that they own Paypal or vice-versa). They offer no way of contacting them, when you try to find contact information on eBay you just get led through an infinite circle of loops with those "FAQ" style questions, and no matter which way you navigate you won't find an email address or phone number to call. SO I said to hell with this and closed my paypal account, and just left ebay and their seller fees to rot. Fast forward to today after a bunch of ignored emails from ebay telling me to pay them $78, I got this letter in the mail:

The address they have is my real address, but the name listed there is not my real name, and I'm moving in 1 month anyways.
Should I be concerned? Can this still affect my credit if they don't even have my real name? The $78 is not much if it means protecting my credit, but I'd rather not pay an amount that I absolutely should not be paying in the first place if I really don't have to.
