It's tax season and I'm using H&R Block's software. So far I've come into two issues I'm not sure if anyone here can resolve/has encountered:
1. I can't register the software - every time I try it says "cannot connect to H&R Block server. Please try again later." I've tried disabling anti-virus software and trying at different times of the day, but it doesn't matter. I also can't get software updates without registering, which I think might be affecting #2.
2. As I enter tax return information for two people, it begins calculating the return, but then both people return to $0 refund/balance owning. I can't "undo" this, and both people remain at $0 regardless of the new information added/changed.
If anyone has had a similar experience and fixed it, please let me know.
