Company cell phone tax deduction

My employer adds $40 to my salary each month for a cell phone allowance. I pay $55 for my cell phone bill each month. The phone is used entirely for work related things. Can any of these three options be put on my tax return as a tax deduction?

1. The amount that the employer adds to my cheque. $480 ($40 x 12)
2. The extra amount that I pay that isn't covered by the employer. $180 ($15 x 12)
3. The total amount that I pay. $660 ($55 x 12)

I've never claimed any of these going back 3 years. If these are tax deductible, can I claim them for previous tax returns?
