New home buyers

Hey guys,

I have a question about new home buyer credit. So there is a tax credit of $2000 for the land transfer tax or new home buyers. Is it possible for both people to claim $2000 or is $2000 a max for both people? Also are there any other credits for new home buyers beside the land transfer tax?
