Use CIBC cheque acc to pay my TD credit card

I need to regularly pay my TD credit card. Usually I just transfer money from my TD cheque account to pay the bills. But there's sometimes insufficient funds in my TD cheque account to do the intra-bank transfer. I'm thinking of using the email Interac transfer of CIBC but it seems like they charge a fee for email transfer.

Is there anyway that I could transfer my money from CIBC cheque to TD cheque account, or perhaps more simply, pay the TD credit card using CIBC cheque account money, without extra charge?
