When all is said and done, how much monthly cash flow do you see from an investment property?
Hey guys - thanks. I know its a very open ended question but I was hoping you would provide some context around your answers (property value, expenses, mortgage rate, etc). Cash flow is definitely only one of the methods you would use to assess the opportunity but IMO its one of the most important if your view on RE is to hold forever vs buy and sell, which is one I subscribe to.
