This evening I went online to apply for the Capital One Aspire credit card.
I hit a road block with many of the questions they were asking. They had addresses that were close but not 100% to where I lived before. They asked me to provide them with address confirmation of the TD Canada Trust institution I have a loan with. I have none. In fact, I have never had a loan with TD Canada Trust ever.
The above were just some of the problems surfaced.
I recall hearing about an episode of 60 minutes where people had to go through hell to fix false and incorrect information with the credit bureaus.
Has any one had similar experiences? How long did it take to resolve? What did you have to do?
