Rent gone wrong

Hi guys,

I m in a bit of trouble and looking for some advise here.

Story is this:

- on March 24 moved into rent (private - - wanted a short commitment term 3 months minimum (instead of 1 year) and 2 months notice ongoing - paid 3 months and 1 week upfront - needed something temporarily until I find a new house to buy)
- same day noticed that heating is not working in 2 rooms (the hard way ... ) (during night after move ... woke up in freezing cold temperature)
- March 25 informed landlord something is wrong with heating. (darn thermostat kept reseting 18C on main floor where heat is fine - rooms with no heat .... no idea - needed batteries and worked fine after)
- March 27 first visit (HVAC guy concludes that yes ... HVAC is not working ... whatever ... keep doors opened for those rooms will come and review again after Easter holiday)
- March 31st darn cold child had fever got angry called again the next day to ask for repair (placed electrical heater in room)
- Apr 3rd HVAC came cut the ceiling there's NO duct ... to repair MAJOR repair is needed (apparently property was recently bought and previous owner completely took duct out ... LOL)
Landlord tells me to heat with electrical and suck it up for a while. Calmly reply that is additional cost on top on keeping higher temperature in house just to warm those 2 rooms with "opened doors" and what do I do on summer time? when AC is needed? I have a small kid 2.5 years old. Landlord goes angry and tells me to leave... he doesn't need to support my "attitude?!" and that 1850CAD / month + utilities is darn cheap to ask for repair (Rathburn & Filedgate 4 bedroom semi)- no idea about prices in this area ...(looking for another one ... any takers ? :P HVAC has to be in working condition)

Now the questions are:
- can I ask for moving costs reimbursement? Any chance of getting anything in small courts? (I've been here for merely 2 weeks and because I asked for repair I got notice to leave?! )
- should I fill complain with city of Mississauga? apparently HVAC system HAS to be maintained by landlord
