Employer Refusing to Give T2200!! What Can I Do???

I just spoke with my employer and asked them to provide me with the T2200 form and they are refusing!!! I don't know what to do!?!?
This is going to make a difference of thousands of dollars on my taxes - from car to home-based office expenses.

Here is a short summary of my situation:
I've been working there almost 1 year, along with 3 other employees.
My hours have normally ranged from 20-40 each week, all coming from working on the road or at home.
I'm required to drive to different locations for my job and always count the mileage from my home, where my office is.
I live in Quebec but the head office, in which I deal with, is based out of another province.
I do not report to anyone in Quebec.
There is an "office space" located in a buliding that is used by the same company, but that part of the company is completely separate from mine.
The "office space" is basically a desk, fridge (needed specifically for work use, but not nearly large enough for 4 employees to use), two tables, and one filing cabinet. There is not even a separate office where these things are placed, they're just put in an open space where the storage area is.
The only reason any of us employees go to the office is to drop off our paperwork from home, drop off supplies, or pick up supplies - maybe a trip once a month or less!
In my whole time working there, I've never seen a camera, computer or printer, which are 100% necessary to do my work.

My home office includes a desk, computer, printer, filing cabinet, and storage space for a bunch of supplies in which I use weekly. This is a separate room in my house that I use only for work purposes.
My work reimburses expenses for our home-based offices - like printer ink, pens, and copy cards if we don't have photocopy machines.

I've never been told by my employers that I'm supposed to go to the office. They know that we all work from home and even make assumptions based on where we all live, not where the "office" is. If one employee lives closer to a location than another, that employee will be asked to go there, for example. My training was provided in another employee's home, because that's where we ALL work (from home).

NOW, my employer is trying to tell me that it is "our choice" to work from home instead of the office (which is 25km away, each way) and that they are not required to fill out a T2200 or the Quebec forms that I need. She says that the there are two laptops and a camera, but I must just not know where they are???? She didn't even mention the printer, because IT DOESN'T EXIST. And she says that we are each supposed to have schedules so that we're not at the office at the same time, since there is not even enough space for the 4 of us to work there at the same time! Yet, there are periods when two of us were working 40 hours a week, and the other two employees working 10-20. The "office" is only open during regular business hours, so how would it even be possible for us to have all worked there, since there are not enough computers, desk space, or cameras?

Everything she is saying are lies, I'm assuming because the company wants the taxable benefits?

I told her that she needs to fill out the T2200 just so I can claim my car expenses and she tells me that I'm receiving $0.42/km and that's what I get. I told her that according to the government that's below industry standard and that I'm going to claim the difference through my taxes along with insurance, loan payments, etc. Then she starts asking why she thinks it would be the employer's responsibility to pay for these things. My only response was that I would provide her with the links to the CRA website pages. I am required to use my car a lot for this job. I received $0.42/km this year on almost 7,000km of work-related driving, which was about 45% of my car use!

Is there a government body that I can contact to have them audit my company on this? I'm only working here because I love my job; I'm barely making over minimum wage, but the tax write-offs and working from home aspect were really appealing to me. Now, with all that has happened, I don't want anything to do with the company. I just want to get the papers signed and give them my notice!!!

Am I over-reacting here???
