I haven't been able to access my accounts all afternoon and evening, I keep getting "your request cannot be processed". I tried calling the help desk and got a very strange service rep who a) couldn't speak English, b) suggested I try tomorrow, and c) when I asked for an ETA, suggested I just "try tomorrow and get good night's sleep"..
