Talk about a lazy flip

I visited this property in the summer of 2011.

I was surprised to see it back on sale this year. So I checked the house's registration history (shows all mortgages, purchases/sales, etc etc, I don't know the term in Ontario).

That house was sold a few months after I visited it (summer 2011) for 285,000$
So barely a year later it's back for sale by the new owners for 369,000$!!!!
After viewing the pictures I saw that nothing changed! They might have added some new mouldings around the doors, new baseboards and resanded the floors, but that's all. They don't even claim to have renovated anything in 2011-2012 (heat pump was already there when I visited it).

Sometimes it makes you wonder what people think they pass off by exploiting people's ignorance (buyers not checking a house's previous purchase history).
Actually, I never witnessed a realtor showing the history of a house, even if it's a positive factor. For example, my house's previous owners were the original owner since it's construction in 1960s, so I know it wasn't a hot potato, yet it wasn't ever mentionned by the seller's realtor (I had to research it).
