I started working not long ago and planning to start investing in properties. I was looking at condos that are around 20-25 and dont see much that I like in the GTA area. Then over the past few weeks, media, newspapers and you guys in this forum start mentioning how condo prices will suffer the most in next few years due to the supply and demand (or what so ever). So my question is, should I still go for condos? Or should I pay a bit more and go for townhomes instead? I havent looked into any townhomes yet, and dont see a lot of them around. Any advice?
