Renting Out Condo Storage Locker

I've recently moved into a condo and have a storage locker that I won't be using. I've seen notices posted from other residents looking to rent a locker.

I'd like to know others experiences and any problems when renting out a locker.

Should I get the renter to sign some form of an agreement? An example of what that would be like?

I imagine this kind of thing is pretty straight forward but I don't want any headaches from this so any advice would be much appreciated!
