I need an advice on the following situation.
At the beginning of April 2013 I closed a cell phone account with Virgin .
I spoke with them at that time to ask how much will be my last bill so I can pay it. The agent told me to wait for their last bill to arrive. So I did that.
The last bill was late (in fact was a Reminder Notice), arrived on May 21st and I pay it on May 28.
Now I got several calls from Virgin Billing department pretending that they didn't get the money and they will send me to Collections agencies.
I have the proof of payment and and I explained to them. But they say that they didn't get the money so from their side looks like I didn't pay.
Also I went to the bank (BMO) and they say that everything looks OK on their side, the payment went through.
Do you have any suggestion ?
