Help me choosing a credit card.

I cut between cash back or rewards. It would seem most rewards give you less than a 1% return i.e 1RBC point=1 dollar spent. As I am a student my credit isnt good enough for the high rewarding travel cards nor do i really want a travel card, maybe by the time i really want to travel the points would have added up.

But my choices right now are the
RBC Cashback Mastercard-http://www.rbcroyalbank.com/credit-cards/cash-back-credit-cards/cash-back-mastercard/
2% on groceries
0.5% on all other purchases up to 6k than 1% 6K-unlimted (which probably wont happen in a year-maybe) - every January.
This card was ranked highest on moneysense's best student credit cards i dont know thought.

RBC Signature Rewards - 1Rbc pt=$1 Ive calculated the return and its roughly 0.83%

or

Scotiabank L'earn 0.25% cashback - every July statement - first 500, 0.5 on the next 500 and 1% on the next 1000 +
Or Scene Visa of course! 5 Scene for cineplex purchases and 1 SCENe=$1. Bonus free movies to start i think 4.

Any other cards im missing that give good bang for the buck with no annual fee?

Please tell me some!

My salary is generally like 20k a year depending on my summer job, my spending right now is minimal but for university if i decide to pay bills and such it would probably be <5k.

I tend towards rewards card because I have good money management skills, its just im having difficulty with the card type, best rates etc.
