No more promotional rates for credit card balance transfers?

I think I got a dozen of credit cards and most of them used to offer me promotional balance transfers at rates at prime or below.
However, earlier this year, those offers stopped all of the sudden. I wonder if it's just me, or it is happening to everyone.
