I just ordered a credit report for the first time today and while nothing is really all that surprising, 2 things have stood out to me that I really don't have a clue about:
My newest cell phone account isn't listed at all in the credit information. I've had this cell phone account for about a year and a half. Is this normal?
The bigger thing that bothers me the most is that my first cell phone account shows like this:

Although this apparently will not impact my credit score; its entirely untrue. I have 0 accounts in collections and I closed this account and paid in full when I did so. I called Koodo to inquire about the status of my account when I closed it, and they said that they are not able to access my account (although it is in their records still) and gave me a number for a collections agency. I have to wait until Monday to call and speak to someone there but I'm very baffled at why this has even happened. Is this normal? Is it easily rectifiable? How would I go about fixing it? Is it worth the trouble of fixing it?
