If this was an app, would you use it?

Hello fellow budgetters,

There are a fair number of meal planning options out there, I've found them to be lacking (especially for budgets). Can't do meal plans based on time taken, can't only do crockpot meals etc.
I wanted to create one myself being a developer, but I'm really not going to work hundreds+ of hours if no one else would use it.

My question, would you use a meal planning app that:
- let you add recipes from pintrest and other social media.
- Would make meal plans that tried to use recipes that could use the same vegetables and other goods from other foods (so less food goes bad before you use it)
- Helps you put how much you paid for the food, and eventually would help plan meals based on budget as well.
- Tag suggested alternatives for ingredients on given ingredients (viewable by everyone)
- combine coupons with shopping list

Issues I've found with meal planning apps:
- not easy to share you plan
- Not easy to get other recipes
- Gives a large list of ingredients often using only small amounts of each
- Often high cost of groceries based on certain groceries
- No canadian ones that let you see costs of groceries

Let me know if you guys have things to add to either and what it would take for you to use something like that! What would be the #1 thing you'd want. Don't worry if I make it, it will be free
